Professional Property Management Software
How is one man capable of all this? I have state of the art property management accounting software and fabulous sub-contractors. I contract with a man with 15 years of experience in building maintenance. He has a licensed plumber, a licensed electrician and a licensed HVAC contractor on call for the things he is not qualified to do. For the most part he keeps your property spic and span and assures that there is no deferred maintenance. Each month I will collect the rent, pay the utility bills and keep the building filled with happy tenants. Once all the rents are collected and the bills are paid I will send you one check along with a printout accounting for everything. In other words you are free to attend to the business you are in or to just sit on the beach sipping on a Chi Chi. Currently I am managing two properties in Bingen/White Salmon and three properties in Hood River.
